Has anyone successfully ran the sample program in Igor's PassthroughAPP when built with Visual Studio 2005? It crashes in CComClassFactoryProtocol::SetTargetClassFactory (in ProtocolCF.inl) where it creates an ObjectLock. This occurs in both Debug and Release builds.
