Show my own ie toolbar

Show my own ie toolbar

I have to show my own ie toolbar that was first time installed. I'm looking 
for registry, but i didn't found something like that for toolbar. How can i 
do it?

Thank you, Igor! So many things to do to achieve the desired functionality :-)
I'm thought it's just a key in the registry.
