I use PathThruApp test sample to retrieve page from local web server, and sometimes some pictures are not loaded (on they places are empty placeholders). In debugger i saw that in this case method IInternetProtocolRoot::Start not called Is here anybody who have some trouble?????

Do you have "http://..." url for images not loaded. Maybe those images are locally linked (that is "file://..." url), and in this case IInternetProtocolRoot::Start is not started as it is hooking only http requests.
