disabling proxy by script   

Hi all,
I need to disable proxy connection IE settings by script. I have seen this 
information 
stored in Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet 
Settings\ProxyEnable: if I modifiy the value of this key, I'm sure I change 
this setting correctly?
