anonymous access   

I am creating a website using – 
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/85c5a72d-9a67-4d87-b277-85667a1336e51033.mspx?mfr=true
and command is – 
%windir%\system32\CScript.exe %windir%\System32\iisweb.vbs /create 
%PhysicalDirectory% %WebSite% /b %PORT%
It does create a website with anonymous access. Can anyone suggest me script 
which doesn’t allows “anonymous access” when site is created? Or any script 
for removing “anonymous access” after creating site?
