JIT Debugger:
I used to be prompted for which JIT debugger I want to use (Visual InterDEv
or Visual Studio 2005) on encountering an error in script code. I installed
Microsoft Debugger and I am no longer prompted to make a choice.

I imagine there are registry entries that disable the prompt. Could someone
guide me on restoring it, please?
