Java script and flash player issues
Help! Every time I try to view a news clip or I receive an email I get a
message saying that I have Java script turned off and I need to install a
flash player. I have done both! (several times) yet I still receive the same
error message. Its driving me crazy! Its been 3 months and HP has tried to
help me correct the issue but nothing works. Can someone tell me why this is
happening or what else I can do to fix it?

RE: Java script and flash player issues
to fix the problem uninstall silverlight program that windows automatically
updates for you. then uninstall all adobe flashplayer . ( Make sure all
programs are closed or are signed off). Once you do that go bacl to adobe.com
and install the latest adobe flash player and you should be able to view
media again.
