Specific files to download for update MS06-023   

Trend Micro Security Check scan tells me I need MS06-023.  Automatic updates 
does not reflect this so I’ve gone to updates, searched MS06-023 to download 
it manually.  My current jscript.dll version is 5.6.0.8820.  The info page 
says “after this patch is installed it will be 5.6.0.8831”. On the download 
page for MS06-023 there is a list of 24 files to download and it tells me to 
“download the files most appropriate for me”.  How do I determine which ones 
to download?  

My OS:
Windows XP Pro 5.1.2600, Service Pack 2
Using Internet Explorer 7.0.5730 11IC
