My nephew has been trying to fix this computer. It has a white screen with Active Desktop Restore information up and directions to restore the AD. But nothing works. He also can not access the control panel's display, add/remove/ firewall/ and security center links at all. It says that the file can not be found and gives the file name. I have a security program for him but nothing will activate. Can you tell me what is the problem? Is it the lack of Active Destop restoration or what? -- Daewoo Killabru - Villainova
