OK as I start to visualize my help document, one of the questions that arises is what sort of image file is most beneficial? I like JPG since its small, but it may or may not be good enough for clear images. If someone could comment on the best choice of images for a HTML Help document, I would appreciate it. My main tool for acquiring these images will be a screen capture program, similar to ScreenPrint32 or Paint. Your thoughts? Tony
Hi Tony From my point of view the choise depends on what kind of images you want to show. User JPG for photos. Use GIF for e.g. logos. Advantage of GIF or PNG is that you can use our own idividual color palette.
