Re: Sign up for public Vista / Office 2007 / Exchange 12 Beta's
OK so it doesn't mention the UK or other countries... but put it this way,
an insider has just said "as long as you understand the languages available,
you should be alright" and gave a little wink.
I'm from the UK, so I've applied... and if I'm lucky, I'll prove this one as
well... seeing as a lot of "US only offers" can be loopholed ;o)

Re: Sign up for public Vista / Office 2007 / Exchange 12 Beta's
I think I got 5270 in February, but I have all of my licence keys pinned up
on the notice board in my server room... and it's not there which leads me
to believe that I don't have it. Hmm... I'll have another check.. but I'm
sure I have it...

Re: Sign up for public Vista / Office 2007 / Exchange 12 Beta's
Yes, you will be able to do that. I recommend launching setup from within XP
and select the partition you dedicated to Vista. I must note, Vista uses a
large amount space 8GBs, so make sure you have additional space applications
you might want to install after.

Re: Sign up for public Vista / Office 2007 / Exchange 12 Beta's
Vista would probably be very slow on an external drive even if it did work.

The registration page itself mentions non-US locations (I'm in the US), so
non-Americans should have no issues.
