Hi Andrew, I am facing a problem in opening the visual studio after the installation process is over.The error which is occuring at the time of opening the editor is " The automatically saved settings file 'c:\documents and settings\sudhir\my documents\visual studio 2005\settings\currentsettings.vssettings' cannot be found.You can change this file on the 'Import and Export Settings' Tools Options page.The IDE will use your most recent settings for this session. " and as well as displaying the startup page but while trying to open the existing project files it is getting closed.May i know what is the problem.Plz help me in this regard. Paidisetty. Your problem doesn't seem to have any relationship to the error. I deleted that file and it came up witht the same error and yet I was able to open any project fine. Have you done anything unusual? What versions are you using?
