Help Installing Vista Beta1
Ok so I have a small problem, I lack the availability of a DVD burner in
order to copy the .ISO to so I can boot to it on my test machine. I have
downloaded the complete .ISO and I have Magic ISO which allowed me to extract
it to my c:

Problem is when I run the setup after I enter the product key that was given
to me it just sits there, never does anything. I know it is not installing as
my hard drive and proc aren't doing anything. Any suggestions?

Re: Help Installing Vista Beta1
Unfortunately my budget doesn't allow for that purchase at this time... which
is why I was asking if there was an ALTERNATIVE method for which I can use
this ISO in order to install WinVista... Thanks

Re: Help Installing Vista Beta1
Thanks for the link, I'll think about it but I doubt I will be buying that...

I'll just have to continue to work on trying to boot to the extracted ISO...

Re: Help Installing Vista Beta1
try using the virtual DVD e.g.
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5
(daemon347.exe)

I used it for instalation on my Virtual PC without any problem.

Re: Help Installing Vista Beta1
Google search for "daemon tools". That should help you out a lot; I don't
have a DVD burner and I got mine up and running a treat!
