Re: what is the latest Build?
Simply go to your MSDN download site and download the new build. Burn the
ISO image to a DVD and then run the setup.exe, or if that doesn't work,
/sources/setup.exe to run the setup.
You'll have to run the "Clean installation" as Vista won't have the upgrade
paths.
