The Windows Vista November CTP has been cancelled according to WinBeta.org, so it looks like both the Regular Non-TAP (Technology Adoption Program) Beta Tester's and us MSDN Subscriber's will have to wait until sometime later this month, when Microsoft decides if they will release a December CTP or if they will keep us waiting until January to get a New Build (5231 Sucks Bigtime, Avast doesn't work, Microsoft Anti-Spyware doesn't work, etc. etc. etc.)! P.S. 5259 was released only to a select group of TAP Beta Tester's and is not a CTP Build.
