hi, i just installed vista end just can't find the right menus to get the 3d dekstop out. Any tips? IsoKake -- Developer
Hi, If you do not see the transparancy after installing Vista, your display card might not have any LDDM driver. In Vista, in order to see the transparacy effects, you will need to be using a display card with LDDM driver. Otherwise by default you will be only getting Aero Express instead of Aero Glass (Transparancy). Please provide me your graphic card brand and model so I can confirm if your graphic card does have LDDM driver available. You might also want to visit www.ati.com or www.nvidia.com and check out the Vista page and see if your graphic card is stated there. Hope this helps. -- Jabez Gan http://www.blizhosting.com MSBLOG: http://msblog.resdev.net "IsoKake" wrote in message news:C1C77A78-4FB9-43BB-B0A2-EFF0139DF8E2@microsoft.com... > hi, > i just installed vista end just can't find the right menus to get the 3d > dekstop out. > Any tips? > > IsoKake > -- > Developer

Not very likely since the MX is a relatively old chip and cannot support most of the 3D functions.
