Hello, I have two computers (C1 is local, C2 is another in the network). I am in the administrators group in the network. I open "Event Viewer" --> "Connect to another computer" --> input "C2" to "Another computer", press OK and I get event log of computer C2. However when I try to connect to C2 by using WMI i get error The RPC server is unavailable. error code:0x800706ba . To connect to C2 I use 'winmgmts://C2/root/cimv2:Win32_NTLogEvent' . What is wrong, what I could do to connect to C2 with WMI ? Please help Thank you! M.
