I know from other website, including http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb773352(VS.85).aspx that Notification Balloons have a timeout and that timeout cannot be outside the system range of 10-30 seconds. Does anyone know where that system range is set? Is there a registry key for it? My organisation has an internal app that minimises to the "tray" and shows a "Your app is still running" message, but its a bit much to have that stay on your screen for 10 seconds. Thanks.
