Placing a shortcut on client desktop remotely help
Hello,
If connect to a clien't computer using the admin share and create a shortcut
on their desktop, I cannot choose a different icon from the list. If I place
a .ico icon file in their system32 directory and navigate to it within the
"Change Icon" option it changes and shows up fine in the folder (users
desktop folder) but if I go to their pc, the icon is not associated at all. I
have to manually associate the custom icon from their desktop.
Is there a way I can do this? These are all XP clients.
