pdh error   

Hi,

     We are getting the processor time and handle count on a windows 2003 
server using the PDH functions. When we try to get the values for the above 
two counters the PdhGetFormattedCounterValue returns a error code 
-1073738810. This happens only in windows 2003. On other machines it works 
fine.Also on windows 2003, other counters are working fine. What does this 
error code means?
