About the kind of technical work: The product client currently for
whom we would like to consider you is having a product in a Video
capturing, rendering and manipulating software which will support
Mpeg2, Mpeg4 and H276 format. The technologies behind the product will
be C++, C#, win forms, Win 32 API, Com , Active X Controls, Direct
Show. And currently primarily we are looking for:

Core Skills:



1.       Hardcore C/C++

2.       COM/ATL/MFC, ActiveX

3.       Excellent knowledge of Digital Video standards (Mpeg 1, 2, 4,
and H.264)

4.       Direct development experience with encoders, decoders, and/or
players

5.       Socket Programming, Multithreading, WIN 32 API

6.       Should have done projects in video streaming



Desired Skills



1.       DirectShow desirable

2.       Embedded device experience desirable

3.       C# desirable
