Hi, One of our customer is using Windows 2003 Server Stanrard edition (SP 2 R2). Howevrer when he tried to print any document, the information printed is incomplete. Also he has installed PDF drivers. When he tries printing it using this driver, the same thing happens. The application is written in C/C++ and uses windows GDI library to perform printing. What could be the problem? Is there any settings that we can try with? The details of the environment is as follows: 1. OS : Windows Server 2003 Standard Ediition R2 (SP2 updated) 2. Citrix Server is installed 3. Printer used: HP LaserJet 5100 PCL 6 4. Problem description: The information printed from the Office application is being printed properly. However when we try to print from our application partial information is being printed. [Randomly some text will be missing] We faced the same problem, while printing using PDF995 driver. However we were able to solve this problem by enabling the property "Enable Advanced Printing Features" [under Advanced properties]. But the same thing is not working for the printer We tried using another PDf Driver [PDF Creator]. Even here we had the same problem. But we could solve it by enabling the above mentioned proprty.
