From the MSDN article, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa384751(VS.85).aspx, I see what is needed at the encoder side to enable interlaced encoding. Once this is done, will the ASF Writer filter limit its media type connections to only accept interlaced input? Or must more be done such as specifying the media type in the call to ConnectDirect in order to enforce the DV Decoder to output interlaced samples?
