Difference between TCPWindow size and TCP Stack buffer

What is the main difference between TCPWindow size and TCPStack buffer(using
SO_RCVBUF, SO_SENDBUF). How it differs in data transfer and socket options ?

Can you give example with detail explanation.

How the TCP stack buffer affects my data transfer?
