DirectPlay test results   

I'm having problem with multiplayer online. Testing Directx 9.0c under 
network tab I get the following note.

DirectPlay test results: Failure at step 9 (Creating Session): HRESULT 
=0x80158185 (error code)

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
