Directplay Provider interface (DPlay 6)
I've been looking through the documentation but have found no information
about the interface used by DirectPlay providers. I have come to suspect one
of two possibilities:
* The Provider interface is simply the DirectPlay interface itself.
* The Provider interface is not documented in the Directplay SDK as it is
not essential to writing Directplay applications.

Can someone tell me which of the above is true?
