Hi I am a novice at computers but my system often crashes showing a blue screen and then with a message that says System 32 is missing or corrupt. The other message I get is System32/config/.... they recommend i reinstall windows and when i put the disc in it says that the version is out of date. What do I do. -- Leon D
Did you ever receive a response to your question? We cannot get to the Windows screen to try to "repair" it; also, at startup in the DOS screen, it tells us that same message, System 32 is corrupt or missing, it needs the Windows Reinstall CD to reinstall it, but we have no way of accessing the CD Rom drive to access the files. Any suggestions? "Leon" wrote: > Hi I am a novice at computers but my system often crashes showing a blue > screen and then with a message that says System 32 is missing or corrupt.
