publish a windows app get server error cannot create folder "_vti_   

Hi, 
        When I publish a windows c#.net application using one click publish  
to a remote server I get the error message above 
Server Error : Cannot create folder "_vti_pvt" 

Have you any idea what this is about and how do I get around it.
