Unable to add a custom user control to tool box.   

I have recently installed the SP1 for Visual studio I'[m working on a WFP 
application, I have just created a user control and I am trying to add it to 
the tool box by right clicking and then clicking on select controls.  After a 
few seconds Visual Studio crashes.  Is there a fix for this problem?

I have traced this problem down to a conflict with PowerCommands and SP1, but 
I have searched everywhere and not found a way of uninstalling PowerCommands. 
 Can you tell me how please?
