.NET Framework 3 Silent install not so silent. Require advice   

Hi,
I'm trying to deploy .Net Framework 3 to a PC, using the redistributable 
package: dotnetfx3.exe (approx. 50MB in size)
I'm using the command line: dotnetfx3 /q /norestart

However, after a few minutes during the install (and towards the end I 
believe), A pop-up security box appears asking me if I want to run Regedit as 
it's an unknown/untrusted file)
Any ideas?
