general question : communication application   

hi

i trying to develop a chat application with  p2p file sharing, chat , 
webcam, voip, 
video, 

is it possible to develop this type of application using .net 2.0 without 
using any third party component?

and if u have any web resource related this topic, can u pls send me the 
links?
