database 'DBNAME' is not enabled for SQL cache notification   

I'm getting this message on 
SqlCacheDependencyAdmin.EnableTableForNotifications and
    aspnet_regsql.exe -C connstr -lt

Yet, the following execution has finished successfully:
    ALTER DATABASE dbname SET ENABLE_BROKER
