How do I log on as an "Administrator" to Word, or Outlook, or Publisher or
any other microsoft program. Thanks.

Uh, you don't.
You log on to your system using an account set up as administrator and/or
you run an application "as administrator".

Re: Aministrator
Using "Run as" ?? For Outlook a user is able to grant you the appropriate
rights on your mailbox so that you can gain access under your own account.

In all cases you may want to explain what you are trying to do as this is an
unusual situation... The OS you are using could also help (in Vista you have
a "run as admin" checkbox)

Also if your additional explanation doesn't involve programming you should
try another group (this one is for programming .NET based application).
