Serialport1.open causes System.Security.SecurityException   

but only after I save the project and reopen it.  I have used the
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Wizards' Security Adjustment Wizard to
set the local machine and local intranet to "Full Trust"


Exception Message:
System.Security.SecurityException was unhandled
