I have been downloading audio books from the library. When I download the wm security upgrade it says it has downloaded but the play button never becomes active to press on it in order to finalize the download. Can anyone help me? I have vista and media player 11. I also trying to burn the books at mp3 speed and know of others that are doing so. Either I cannot seem to see the directions correctly or I just cannot follow them
