Hello everyone I am having trouble installing the zune software 2.3 from the web site and from the cd... i keep getting an error saying "remove drive" has finished with result code 0x80004005 ... i have tryed everything from downloading the zune package from the download.microsoft site to deleting everything and reinstalling but no luck... i think it has to do with the driver wdf01000 please please help!!!!!!!!
