Every time I try to install Norton Ghost 9.0 on a system that is running Window XP Sp2, after I restart the computer like I am told to, the system goes into a relentless circle of rebooting and will not boot into Safe Mode. The only way to get back into the Windows Desktop is to reboot to the "Last Known Configuration That Worked". Can some one please give me the solution to this problem since the one on Symantec's website does not work.
