When I go there it says I need to go to a mac link and I have WindowsXP2. I also had a problem trying to download a toolbar and them saying I needed to download IE-7 which I already have. I also can't download RealPlayer Superpass which I had before with no problem. I recently went to a wireless connection from dial up and that's when this all started. I used to be able to access IE on my Start menu it now says MSN Explorer and MSN email which I don't use and never have so I don't know why that changed. I am connected by an adaper to the main computer setup now through AT&T and wonder what change in settings has caused all this. I looked in System Config. and see a lot of Microsoft Services are stopped under Services. I don't know what I'm looking at or much about technical and am basically computer iliterate and I can't figure out the problem.

First, you need to find an applicable discussion group for your question. This is a .NET programming group. As you appear to be using a web interface, start here: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows, open the Windows XP category, then find a group there for your question.
