I have vista home premium edition in the computer. I have the software that came with the phone for sync Microsoft ActiveSync 4.2 I use Microsoft Office Outlook for the email and calendar. I can not get the computer to see the software, or the phone. Has anyone else gone thru this and could someone please help me? thanks

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows, open the Windows Vista category, then find a group there to post in.
