Parameter is incorrect
One day I could open everything, including my games but now when I try to
open ANYTHING it says "The parameter is incorrect" & won't let me open it.
Why is this happening & does anyone know what happened? I can't even get into
my mail or install updates. NOTHING! I use Vista Premium, which came
installed on my computer. Any help would be really appreciated.

The first bit of help you need seems to be in finding an appropriate group
for your issue. This is a .NET programming group.

As you appear to be using a web interface...

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA

Select your language from the Tree View on the left, then scroll down to
Windows. In the Windows category, open Windows Vista. There,
select an appropriate group.

You'll get a lot more interest and feedback in a Vista group.
