I formatted my c drive and reinstalled windows 98. Everything works fine except I can't play games that require 256 color mode. The games worked fine before I formatted, so I know that is not hardware related. I have tried everything, but I can't solve the problem. I would appreciate any help. -- Help! Bob M

To find the group you need, Use the link below: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?gu... Select your language from the Tree View on the left, then select Windows . In Windows, select Windows (Older Versions) and find the Windows 98 group there.
