I posted a question, but did not include that my program is Outlook Express 6.

If you post in a group for OE, rather than in this .NET programming group, 
you're far more likely to get useful answers.

To find the group you need:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to "Outlook Express" and
select a group there.
