I am using this ultrasound application that is designed for usage with a mouse, but I would like to use it on a touch screen computer. So, I resized the menus by increasing their size/font from the Display properties but I am having trouble with the 'Open File' Dialog. When I want to open a file from the menu, I get the dialog and the items/files in it are still the regular (small) font. this makes selecting the proper file chanlenging while using finger touch. The title bar and Caption buttons are large but the browsing features are not. Can Anyone help? Thanks
