Hi, Can anyone help me to set up my pc to record tapes? I have the right leads and have tried audacity, winamp roxio and Golden Records and followed all the instructions but there is no volume coming through. I'm wondering if I have connected the 2 correctly. My pre-amp is a technics, old but still good. Tape player has "record out" and "playback" rather than line in and line out. I am desperate to redo my large tape collection as they are beginning to deteriorate. Thanks all. Jean
