Hello I want to select an other start point in an mp3. I know i cant do it with WMP, but is there an other free program i could use? Kind Greetings

You can use Audacity (<http://audacity.sourceforge.net>). Its main purpose is to record analog sources, but you can also load an existing file - i.e. in your case an MP3 file - and edit it. You probably also need the "LAME MP3 encoder". The details about that are also on the Audacity site. I hope this helps.
