Media Center's library missing several bands
I'm trying to get along with Media Center but its not playing very nice.

I have all my music on my external hard drive. When I set Media Center (MC)
up I directed it to look in my external drive for the music to fill its
library. Everything was going OK until a couple days ago. It erased
several artists from its library. Everyone starting with the letter "F" and
"G" and a few others are gone.

I tried to re-run the library set-up but it is already checked to watch my
external drive and I can not change anything to make it watch it closer.

I'm running Vista on a newer machine (less than a year) and everything is up
to date. I have not added any new software/hardware that might have thrown
a hick-up into the mixture.

Any help? If I could totally reset MC (without reformatting my entire
system and starting from ground zero) and force MC into rebuilding its
library, maybe that would be the trick?

Thanks for any help.
