I am thinking of purchasing a PC with a blu-ray drive and Vista premium installed. I currently have a 360 connected wirelessly to my home network. My question is can I play blu-ray movies disks on the PC and have it stream to my home theatre setup in my living room via the 360?

I don't think Media Center supports HDTV except for ATSC off the air and Cable card on certain commercial computers. Here is an FAQ on that subject: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/mediacenter/cablecard.mspx -- CSM1 http://www.carlmcmillan.com --
I think this may be an answer to a different question. You can't do this even with a regular DVD in Media Center. SO the answer is no.
