how to prevent of streaming pictures like jpg   

Hi,

how can i prevent windows media server to stream *.jpg files in a IIS 
subdirectory? everytime i want to access a 
http://streaming.something.org/1.jpg a stream is started. how can i prevent 
that for pictures, so that they can be downloaded as files?

Are IIS and WMS both running on HTTP port 80?
