Expression Encoder 2 Not Staying Connected to Windows Media 2008
Guys,
I setup my Server 2008 and router with a public IP address. I reserved a
port 1234 on my router for WMS (Windows Media Services). I didn't keep the
default port 80 because it kept conflicting with IIS. I also specified the
same port 1234 in the Control Protocol -> WMS HTTP Server Control Protocol in
the WMS. Now from my client machine, I got my Expression Encoder 2 to connect
successfully to my Windows Media Services, pushing the video stream to my
newly dynamically created publishing point. I can see my new publishing point
created in the Server Role for WMS on the server, and my Expression client
says connected. But once I hit Start for encoding, 3 seconds later I get this
error message. "The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a
temporary overlading or maintenance of the server". Any ideas how to fix
this, it's been 3 days and 3 nights of trial and error with no luck. Any help
would be appreciated.
