I have windows media player and it tells me playback failed and a problem with the video system. Lowering screen resolution or colour depth may help - which they have not. Can anyone help. Have gone down the path of trouble shooting to no avail. Thanks
The next two steps in trouble-shooting would seem to be- * what video card driver do you have? Are there updates available for it? Does changing video hardware acceleration help? * what DVD decoder are you using? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
